Cottage with assured return of 12% pa for 3 years.
- You will get assured return cheque (10,000/- per month) as soon as the full payment is done.
- 12 monthly cheques will be given for each year.
- No Maintenance cost for the first 3 years on the customer.
- Cottage will be transferred and registered in Customer's name at the end of 3 year.
- PLC, Club Membership & registration charges are separate.
